Hold breath, fore limb;
Exhale, child pose.
Winter spring summer fall,
I go through the movements,
Careful to hold each three seconds.
Winter, spring, summer, fall
I can see through the window
Limbs sway with no effort.
Colors change with the season.
Years do not matter to them,
As they salute the sun
In their own way.
